Q: Buying online A: To find a product you wish to buy you can either search by description or by categories. Alternatively, if you see an area of    interest, use the categories displayed down the right hand side of the site. From the product page you can add the product          to your basket.   Q: Product Info A: We have a size guide which will show you clothing size to help you make an informed decision about your purchase. We only show products on our website that we have in stock.   Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: At the moment, we accept payments from online Banking via ibanking and Direct Transfer to our Hong Leong Bank Account.   Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Under the consumer protection policy, you have the right to cancel your order. To cancel an order you must call us on +6019-735 0870, as well as returning the goods to us as soon as possible at your own expense.    Q: Where is my order confirmation? A: Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. A: You should receive a calling card if no one is available to collect your parcel, it will then be sent to your local Post Office. A: You won’t be waiting weeks for your Stingray products, most shipments arrive within days of ordering.   Q: I have a complaint, what to do? A: Please contact us immediately. To speed up the process, please attach photos and inform us of your order number. We will try to resolve any issue with faulty items as quickly as possible. Refund & Returns

All items are checked for defects before wrapping and shipping. In an unfortunate case that whenever customer received defective or incorrect item(s), we have a 7-day free return policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:  Any exchange should be made within 7 days from receiving your order. Item(s) must be in its original purchase condition, that is it must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Item(s) purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set. Returned item(s) must meet the requirements above.  Kindly provide us your name, order ID, contact number, photo of the defect(s) in the purchased item and email to careline@stingraygroup.com.my or WhatsApp to +6019-735 0870. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund in 3 working days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Order You may place your order by completing and submitting the order form in our website. An order ID will be given with every successful order placed. You are responsible for the accuracy of all orders and the information given in the order. Please double check your order details before confirming the order. We reserve the right to decline any request of amending the order if the order has already processed. Combine order is strictly not allowed. All orders are shipped out according to order ID. Delivery Orders will be shipped every working day (Monday - Saturday, Except Public Holiday) within 1-3 days upon payment verification. Self collection and COD service are not available. Your parcels will be delivered via the courier partners of EasyParcel Sdn Bhd. We will try our best to ship out all the parcel ASAP. However, it really depends on our partner courier company to deliver to your door step. Sometimes, delay is not under our control once parcel is shipped out. Please take some patience with the service from courier company.
